Super Saturdays! - Using Berries as Ink

    Using Berries as Ink

As part of the Orchard at Altapass SUPER SATURDAYS!, please join well-known storyteller Sherry Lovett as she shares a favorite Native American story as participants learn how to create a berry ink drawing popular with kids of all ages in the good ol' days. It's all FREE. Parents are always welcome. All materials supplied by the Orchard.

And when the class is over, parents and kids can hike one of the ten walking trails around the Orchard and check out the General Store.

The Orchard at Altapass is located at 1025 Orchard Road in Spruce Pine, mile marker 328.3 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Open from 10 to 5PM, Wednesday-Sunday through October.
